A dynamic DNS (domain name system) service allows a user connecting to the Internet with a dynamic IP address to be able to use some applications that usually require a static IP address.
Dynamic IP Address: An address with numbers like the one in a static IP address that is assigned to your computer by your ISP's server so that other computer servers can find your computer when you are connected to the internet.
Any IP address in a dynamic address pool that overlaps with an address in the Static Config Table will be reserved for static configuration and not dynamically assigned.
