When he is not giving courses at Pomona on Energy and Environmental Economics John works at his day job as an executive at Southern California Edison where he is in charge of regulatory issues for the company.
Together they have designed and implemented a highly innovative and integrated approach to teaching of macro economics that extends from a first year compulsory subject through honours level advanced macroeconomic theory.
