We are continuing to organize unions in other factories and hope that the time will come at Chentex when workers shed their fear to rebuild the union there.
FEAR FACTORY unceremoniously split in early March after announcing the departure of Bell, whose personality clashes with Cazares proved to be too much for the frontman to handle, eventually forcing him to leave the group.
Likewise, perhaps the fear of bad publicity persuaded Phillips-Van Heusen to agree recently to negotiate a new contract with its factory's union in Guatemala.

Fear Factory was formed in Los Angeles in 1990 by percussionist Raymond Herrera and guitarist Dino Cazares with vocalist Burton C Bell and bassist Christian Olde Wolbers joining the band soon after.
Former Fear Factory guitarist Dino Cazares was behind the knobs for the Redwood City-based band’s latest disc, and, quite honestly, this disc straight pumps from the first tune, with a few stop offs for some slower material.
Fear Factory released their Roadrunner debut, "Soul of a New Machine," in 1992.
