Have a few questions about Sales Tax. 1) Are prescription drugs bought at retail exempt from Sales Tax 2) Is the purchase of a primary residence exempt from Sales Tax. If not,who is liable to pay it, ...the Seller or the Buyer. 3) Products purchased over the Internet ...are they taxable if shipped direct to a Florida address. If yes, is it up to the Shipper to charge & pay the tax or is up to the recipient to declare the purchase andf pay the tax, or is it a moot point at this time.
