2004-11-08 13:04:53 		We bought some bread made withcertified organic bakers white flour and it said it has the flour, niaacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate,riboflavin, and folic acid. Our question is are these ingredients organic also and what is reduced iron, what is the iron from animal or mineral??? Please answer to yjeez2canada.com . THANKS
