If you filed a bankrupcy 8 years ago,and a your reaffirmed the loan on your mobile home, but it never was reflected as of today on your credit as being reaffirmed, it just shows where you had a bankrupcy. If you let the mobile home go back, and you currently bought a home, would it affect your status of your new home, in a negitive manner?

I need help. 8 years ago I gave a car back to the bank that I had it financed through. I never recieved notice or any kind of paperwork saying I would still have to pay for this. NOW 8 years later they want me to pay what was owed on it plus 8 years of interest. I was willing to pay the remainder of the balance due but I don't I should have to pay all the interest on this loan. Please Help should I get me a lawyer and go to court with them. only have like 3weeks to make a decison.
