God could have sent Jesus to rule over all mankind without him dying for us and therefore without the salvation experience but He would be ruling over all of us as sinners who could never experience the fullness of righteousness.
God in love gave His Son Jesus Christ to die for the sins of the world and the only sin now that will send any person to hell is to reject Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ is at the Right Hand of the Power of God in Heaven waiting for you to ask him to come into your life and heart as savior, and he will send his Holy Spirit to lead you out from the bondage of sin.
