Often municipal governments or land conservation groups need analysis and quantitative data to justify bonding issues for open space or to determine the tax impact of proposed residential development.
Government consultation processes need to be flexible and able to cross Departmental lines of responsibility so that issues raised by the community are passed to the appropriate agency for response.
Advice is also being provided to the government on energy sector restructuring issues while specific advisory work is being conducted on Hrazdan conservation and privatization.

These are complex issues and it is for these reasons that the Government has asked the Human Genetics Commission to review the wider social and ethical aspects of the current policy on the use of genetic test results for insurance.
Issues are published twice a year and we are interested in publishing a broad and international range of archaeological research articles that will appeal to everyone, from academic researchers to government agencies to interested members of the public.
Biodiversity issues were also tackled as an early priority for Green Ministers and there are now many good examples of biodiversity considerations being built into projects on the Government Estate.

Both Governments agree that the issues set out in this Framework Document should be examined in the most comprehensive attainable negotiations with democratically mandated political parties in Northern Ireland which abide exclusively by peaceful means and wish to join in dialogue on the way ahead.
The issues at stake are central to the protection of basic social and economic rights and it is hoped that this initiative will take the government closer to meeting international commitments in this respect.
The Government has a critical role in assisting the development of the debate by addressing some of the key unresolved issues surrounding regional government.
