Bloomsburg University’s Erica Miller and Lock Haven University’s Stacie Miller were named PSAC Eastern and Western Division Athletes of the Year, respectively, in voting conducted by the league’s softball coaches.
Rangi is also a member of the Lock Haven women’s soccer team which won PSAC and NCAA Northeast Region championships.

Both Bloomsburg and Lock Haven will now await bids to the NCAA Field Hockey championships, which start next Friday.

Edinboro, who has won three straight PSAC team titles entering the 2001 classic, along with Lock Haven, figure to be the pre-tournament favorites to battle for the team title.

For the second straight year Carl Poff of Lock Haven University received the Coach of the Year award, while Shawn Bunch of Edinboro University earned Rookie of the Year honors.
Shippensburg University is in second place, followed by Edinboro University in third, West Chester University in fourth and Lock Haven University in fifth.
