It will take a about 1/3 throttle and stills run smooth, add more throttle and it bogs down and stalls. Carb was soaked and cleaned several times but it didn't help. No local Honda dealer for advice. It has always been hard to start but would. Now it will not start. I took it to my Honda Tech and he stated the carburator most likely needs cleaning again. He says its due to the 10% Ethanol in our gas. This motor does not more than 10 hours on it. I just don't understand since I've run the boat several times since ownership and run in at least every 6 weeks connected to water hose. I've owned outboards before and never had this problem. Can you assist me with this problem. Thanks
