HOPE VI projects are generally very large and therefore require large tax credit allocations" from the state's limited volume cap of 9 percent tax credits.
I hope these projects provide opportunities to explore a wide range of ways of enhancing the provision of legal services that will bring long term benefits to the Community Legal Service and those most in need of help.
We hope that the projects which are to be undertaken will promote sustainable livelihoods within the basin and that the commitments made in the documents to stakeholder involvement are realised through clearly identified mechanisms.
