We were having a discussion at work, and the question arose, who would succeed the presidency if the president and the vice president were unable to complete their respective terms in office? I believe it is the speaker of the house of representatives. if it is please advise me as to how he would be the successor and if he isn't please let me know who is the next in the chain of command. thanks for your time.
