 What I mean by this is that while we use and recommend Linux in the course, people can also go home and write web pages on their Macs and Windoze boxes.
I have yet to see a mixed network where NT print queues work successfully with Macs.

 I would strongly suggest that PowerPC based Macs be upgraded to 16 Mb RAM.
Macs are made with alot of the same components as PCs (ATA drives etc) and I think Jobs will have a harder and harder time justifying Apples price structure.
I bought the Pro version and have been sharing internet between a PC and two Macs on a DSL connection.
