I am a 44 yr old male. Have always been VERY active - running, weight lifting, and numerous other activities. But for the last 3-4 weeks I have been so physically tired - sleeping 10-12 hours a day, no energy, and some off and on lower back pain that appears to be in the kidney region, Have any ideas as to what may be happening? |

Is there a possible connection between swollen armpits and uncontrollable thirst? I have a 4-year old son who constantly complains of his armpits hurting, is obsessive about drinking water, and always had an elevated white blood? count whenever tests have been run. Does anything come to mind because the doctors have been unable to find anything wrong? |

my daughter is 12 years old, she was diagnoised a year ago with gastritis; was put on previsad 30 mg. 2 tabs twice a day; even though all the Dr's have told us it is a high dosage and she has been having more problems they all think she is o.k. she does fairly good for awhile , then she has a bad episode which will last for 4-5 days usually: she has not been eating hardly anything, has bad burning in stomach, now it's been in her left side, sometimes nausau, rarely vomits, has had her gall bladder checked, blood work, and upper GI checked o.k. nothing helps ease her burning pain, she takes loads of antacids, has recently had medications changed. This is a serious problem, she really suffers: please help!!! |

Modern medicine sees all mental illness deriving only from the brain - primarily from neurotransmitter imbalance and nothing else - the truth is that in many cases there is often an underlining physical cause (eg: infection, celiac disease, etc) and this is often never investigated, and so its no wonder today we are faced with the current tragedy that the Mentally ill die 25 years earlier, on average for more see http://www.gutandmentalillness.com |
