UINDEX4 is a DOS executable programme for the estimation of index numbers by the Underhill method.
There will be an index of identifier numbers that will be linked to your Comment or Question to simplify the lookup process.
Making the page numbers of this index into links is not a solution I would recommend, unless the index were rewritten by a professional.

The method is based on Tornqvist (1936) index numbers which weight changes in the output and input mix as an average between base year weights and current year weights.
