I need some info on "first offense" DWI even tho there were no drugs or alcohol in my system. The air bag hit me and tore my fact practically off and they're wanting me to answer questions about where I am, what I was doing, etc. Hell, I couldn't even see for the blood, I was shooken up. It was a staged accident. I was driving along in my new camaro and a truck pulled in from of me and hit his brakes, I had no choice or no time to stop. When I rear ended him, it tore his truck up and busted the front end of my camaro. The air bags inflated and I got disoriented, thought I was going to faint, couldn't see for all the blood. Here's the clincher, a wrecker had been following me and told me when I call the wrecker that towed my car that he was the one following me and ne never saw the pickup drop in front of me and hit his brakes. The wrecker called a State Trooper friend of his and they tried to ask me questions and got me on video staggering and trying to talk. I haven't seen the video yet. Why did ONE state trooper come to the City of Houston scene:, why did the mexican driving the truck call his wife and have her come get him and LEAVE the scene of the accident and why didn't with ough, the wrecker driver that was behind me and saw the scene had me towed to HIS impound lot and then charged me for towing my car to the wrecker yard, HE WAS THE WRECKER THAT TOWED ME TO HIS LOT AND HE WAS THE ONE THAT TOWED ME TO MY MECHANIC FOR $385.00! THE STATE TROOPER SAID i COULDN'T STAND UP AND SO HE COULDN'T GET A GOOD READING SO THAT’S WHY HE CHARGED ME WITH .08 bac, WHEN THERE WAS NO ALCOHOL or medicine IN MY SYSTEM. Doesn't this all sound suscipicious to you? Oh, and one more thing, I had taken a friend of mine to get or prescriptions filled and it wasn't but a mile or so from my house. Although I was busy as hell trying to finish up a website because that;'s what I do, I agreed to drop everything and go take her. We were taking about websites and doing like girls do when we got back to her house. When she got out I didn't notice until I got in the accident that her medicine was on the floorboard my Camaro-EMPTY. Either the State Trooper or the wrecker driver got the meds, but LEFT ThE empty bottles on my floor board. Who would take medication and they try to charge me with a Blood Alcohol content of .08, just above the legal limit in Texas. How can I can that the state trooper or the cab driver took medication out of the car when they can turn it around and say that that's what I was on. NOt true. I now have to go to pretrial and give voluntary urines and i have prescriptions of my own that now they're going to say I was under the influence of ad the cause of the accident was this. I am a legal secretary for 25 years and just turned web designer because my hands have not developed carpel tunnel, nerve entrapment and nerve impingement. I was taking pain pills for many years and wanted off. They said that my hand problem cannot be fixed with surgery - that I have to learn to live with it for the rest of my life. So I got on methodone to get off the pain pills. Now I have to go to pretrial even tho I made my own $3,500 bong--the highest any bondsoman has every seen for dwi) How in the hell am I going to prove that I wasn't under the influence of Alcohol or any drugs when I had and will have them in my system during Trial. Does anyone know a good lawyer that handles "set up" car crashes and then creates a bogus breathalyszer and THEN empties the prescription bottles snd left the empty bottles in my car> I can't figure out stragey, I have tried and tried to figure if the wreker driver AND the Trooper and the hispanic new truck driver were all in some kind of conspiracy. They saw a blonde leave a drug store in a brand new camaro and knew I HAD MY CAR FULLY COVERED. Can someone help me with this? Have you ever heard of a scam in Houston like this if so, call me at 832-876-8908. I need some case law, some personal experience, some names someone can give me of folks that it's happend to before etc. or a lawyer who specializes in these types of scams. I was a prominent (or was) legal secretary in Houston for 25 years and because of my consistent banging in the keyword at 120 mores per minute, it took it's toll and my hands are practically crippled AND NOW THIS, i feel like I have been set up to take a fall so that my new Camaro’s ’s insurance would pay to replace his 'new ford truck,' then whomever took her meds without taking the bottles ----Doesn’t this whole episode sound strange?
