Touch-up and enhancements have been made using Jasc Paint Shop Pro, Adobe Photoshop Elements, and most recently, I have upgraded to Adobe Photoshop 7.
Alien Skin Software makes excellent, easy to use plug-in filters for popular graphics programs, such as Adobe's PhotoShop and Jasc's Paint Shop Pro.
One such program is Paint Shop Pro 5 by JASC , although for this tutorial Adobe Photoshop 5.
