I am working as a part time employee but i have shifts from 8:15am to 6:00pm and 8:15am to 1:30pm; my current employer is deducting me 1 full hour every day I had worked. They said "they combine 15 min break + 15 min break + 30 min lunch = 1 hour that they do not pay me. My question is Am I suppost to have breaks(2) (15 min)when I work about 8 hours a day and my employer is able to do not pay me for that? How about when I work 5.5 hours a day how is suppost to be the break (15 min) without pay also? and how about over time, when is overtime suppost to kick after 40 hours a week anything else over 40 on the same wk is over time? please let me know as soon as you can griselda282003@yahoo.com
