The law in Oregon should be changed to prohibit PAS in that state and federal legislation should be enacted to make PAS illegal.

The only outlet that no longer serves is the Spice Island disco, which has PAS-ed away since the new state government passed a law banning public discos.

All traffic officers are equipped with Preliminary Alcohol Screening (PAS) devices to help them in the enforcement of DUI laws.
