I have custody of two of my grandchildren. They are 10 and 15 years of age. Girl and boy. The parents of these children have not been in their lives. The girl has decided that she would like to live else where. She tried to run away and was taken to the police department. She has told them that she has been treated badly and that her cousin has molested her. This has not happened! But she is this sweet innocent looking child and the boy has been on probation. He now is being held in detention. His probation officer says that they will recomend TYC. As you know the court usually goes with the recommendation of the DA. His attorney says that we don't want a jury trial and the girl is in counceling now. What is your ideals?
