I am desperate!! I need a $8000 loan to save my home. I am a mother of 4 who is colleged educated with a Master Degree. However, I was laid off from Sprint during the big lay offs in 2003. I did everything possible to keep up my mortgage payment, of course causing everything else to be late. But a fall behind due to lack of funds until I got a full time position. So my credit score fall and is considered poor or D rating. No bank will loan me the funds. I am back to work full time again and making a good salary again. But need to catch up on my mortgage before they foreclose. It took me 18 months to find a full time job again in Kansas. Can anyone recommend a private lender? I am financially able to pay the loan back over 2 - 3 years whatever the lender wants. I want to save my home for my kids it is the home they grew up in and I don't want to tell them we have to leave. I have always taken care of my bills, household and faimly without help. But I have no choice but to ask for help now. Can you provide any lenders? Please email me at: Sford02@yahoo.com
