I saw your page on stretch marks and whatnot so i was just wondering. At around 7th grade i started to develope deep purple streaks across my back. These marks were all over the place and i really payed no attention to them as i never cared to go anywhere with my shirt off as i have always been an extremely thin guy. Anyway, i am now 21 and these marks have faded to more of a pinkish color but that is not my complaint here. These horizontal whip like marks have become indented to such a degree that if i rub my back i can acually feel the ridges. My back looks horrible and i feel horrible and have even thought about "hurting" myself, but the only thing stopping me from doing that is my family and how it would effect them. I was wondering though, as these scars/stretchmarks/ are still a little pink does that mean that they still have not matured too much for treatment? What CAN be done about these scars and what kind of procedures are being developed for stretch marks? And most importantly, from what i told you about these marks on my back would you say they ARE stretch marks? or what do you think they are? Please help me. i dont know what to do anymore and this has totally taken over my life. please contact me asap. thanks |

Hey everyone worried about having strech marks, i got them when i was 14. I was way thin and i hit puberty and then i got them on my thighs and butt. Its normal to get strech marks when growing fast, or pregnent. You may feel like you are the only one out there but trust me your not. I am a model now, and you can barely see them because they have faded over time. I was so depressed for about a year, but i learned alot of ppl get stech marks, ITS NORMAL, dont worrie about it. And no coco butter really doesnt make them dissapear, nothing does unless its an expensive surgery |

well i have an excessive amt. of stetch marks all on my lower butt and i was wondering would this list of creams and oils and treatments really work? i'm going to try everything and anything to get them to go away or fade slightly:
Squalene oil
vitamin E cream
vitamin A palmitate
vitamin D3
DL_ Penthen
Aloe vera extract
grapefruit seed extract
barmon skin care cream
elicina
emu oil
shea butter.
the last substance that i will turn to will be the...surgery, but much later down the line, any help or answers...dadeviousangel@yahoo.com |

I have stretch marks on my breasts, my shoulders my stomach and my lower back. I hate them and I have been using coco butter all over my body for slightly over a year, it's not helping me at all. I haven't been intimate with any men because of my stretch marks. My skin is dark and my stretch marks are really light so u can really see them. I have never worn a tank top or a bikini because of them. They are really bad. So it sucks. I hate my life!!!! |
