Our meats are very different from the grain-fattened ones that are sold in the supermarket or most health food stores, even if those meats are organic.
Organic is best and although some find a "raw diet" best, I personally feel more comfortable lightly cooking the meats/eggs.
When consuming meats and dairy foods, always try to go for the organic versions!
