Defective merchandise is returned to Manufacturer accompanied by a report of findings indicating the basis of/for rejection and with transportation charges paid by the purchaser.
Merchandise may be returned but within 5 days after receipt and will require prior written authorization.
Merchandise that proves defective due to manufacturing defects may be returned for a period of one year for repair or replacement at Rose Petal's discretion.

If you want to return merchandise for exchange or refund you must call to obtain a Return Authorization number and return it to us within 7 days of shipment to you.
All merchandise is sold as genuine and any stamp, collection or any other merchandise sold by this company may be returned within 14 days for a complete refund less postage and handling expenses which must be borne by the buyer.
