Fatigued or broken motor mounts or transmission mounts can cause a vibration problem that is often felt through the floor or the seats.
These are mounted in custom made motor mounts which are welded to a 6mm solid Steel plate, 600mm in diameter which forms the main chassis.
The motor has solid motor mounts and I will not expect people in our club to use chains in case of motor mount failure but I do expect the mounts to be installed safe.
