If you are using Windows bring the mouse pointer over the image and click the right button of your mouse and from the menu that pops up choose "Save picture as.
Links are underlined text or pictures that have buttons in them that take you to other pages with more information about that subject when you click on them with your mouse.
Now put your mouse over the picture and use your right mouse button and click save.
