I HAVE HAD SHARPE PINCHING PAIN IN MY SHOULDERS JUST BELOW MY NECK FOR YEARS. IT HAS GOTTEN WORSE IN THE LAST FEW MONTHS-NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT IT IS. IT WILL BE NUMB AT TIME AND NEEDLES AT OTHER TIME-BUT IT ALWAYS FEELS LIKE I HAVE CARRIED A FIFTY LB BAG ON MY SHOULDERS ALL DAY.CAN YOU TELL ME ANYTHING?

MY GUESS IS THAT IT IS STRESS RELATED...STRESS CAN CAUSE ALL THE MUSCLES IN THIS AREA TO CONTRACT....THE RESULT ouch!!! THE MORE YOU WORRY ABOUT IT THE WORSE IT CAN GET!
