Saltwater licences are issued by the Federal Department of Fisheries and Oceans; freshwater licenses are issued by the provincial Ministry of the Environment, Lands and Parks.
Ocean River reserves the right to cancel a client's Sea Kayak Hire in the event of non-compliance with the terms and conditions of Ocean River's sea kayak rental briefing, or the National Park's rules and regulations.

Pesticides from British parks and gardens are now being carried beyond the Arctic Circle, by ocean currents and migrating wildlife.

Situated right next to the Atlantic Ocean, we are treated to a couple of nice coasters and plenty of other treats waiting for us on the pier and on the boardwalk between the parks.

The reefs are nourished by the gulf stream (stream of clear water that runs from the caribbean sea to the atlantic ocean) and protected by marine parks, leaving the reefs healthy and vibrant for good scuba diving.
The Connecticut shore has plenty of terrific state parks for ocean swimming, with the kind of warmer water you find off the south coast of Cape Cod.
