i have had anxiety and occasional panic attacks for the past 10 years. i am almost 30 and really want to get pregnant. i have heard of the side effects of anxiety on the unborn child so what anti-anxiety medication would be the safest? does it matter if it is only taken occasionally or daily? please help!
