Timing belt replacement usually requires removal of the engine drive belt that operates the alternator, water pump, power steering pump, and air conditioner.
Power Steering Pump or Power Assist Belt (squealing or dry pump noise), usually when Steering Wheel is being turned or when maneuvering.
Don’t even try to remove the alternator without first removing both the power steering pump and the power steering pump mounting bracket.
