User profiles prevent any login information from being either embedded in the client application or gathered at runtime and transmitted to the host.
Profiles of users can be generated implicitly based on the actions they perform daily, or explicitly using natural language or keyword assignment.
Since OSPC is user configurable it is possible to create new platform profiles and modify existing ones.

Local profiles let multiple users share the same workstation while letting them regain their desktop settings when they log on.
First if user profiles are enabled Windows checks for a user policy section that matches the user name and applies the user specific policy.
For users with a single IP service the standard profiles supplied on CD will work out of the box.
