Hello, I have a 1976 Chevy P/U truck, been using it last few years hauling for myself, then my fiancee, and friends, hauling brush and trees to the landfill if someone called about a clean-up. Just blew the engine a month ago. I had been looking for another engine or truck, and just got a 1981, it is in need of brakes I think, and the speedometer is broke, most of the dash board needs a little to of the attractiveness back, and the doors are rusted. Along with the box has a dent at the gas tank. My 1976, I had replaced the doors, about 10 years ago and are still in primer. I got the 1981 with the intent of getting the motor for my 1976,but I am now considering, just what parts can I use from the 1976, I think the doors will fit, but the gas tank, and box is on the oposite side. please conact me at thomas,bulmer@gvc.edu
