Five voting members of the Executive Board shall constitute a quorum at Board meetings.
The voting Members present at any meeting of the Members of the Society shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at such meetings.
Voting at any meeting of the Board of Directors must be in person and voting by proxy shall not be allowed.

Voting membership shall automatically be conferred upon the receipt of the required dues and information from any organization eligible for membership.
Voting is performed for election of officers and other issues as may be presented to the membership by the Chairperson.
Voting at annual general meetings or extraordinary general meetings shall be confined to members in good standing and who have paid their annual subscription.

Special Voting You can apply to vote by special ballot if you will note be able to vote in person on polling day or at the advance poll.
Voting of the committee shall be by secret ballot and a majority of those voting shall be sufficient to select the District Governor Nominee.
Voting on any question or in any election may be by voice unless the presiding officer shall order or any voting member shall demand that voting be by ballot.
